Online purchased gift cards will need 7 process days from the purchased date to be able to be used in the salon. This is due to our salon platform having to fully process the payment and having it settled to be in order to be used. We apologize for the delay.
LATE/NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY
If you’re running 10 minutes or later to your appointment, please CALL the salon at (281) 974-2828 so we can best hold your spot and accommodate your reservation. If you’re past the 10 minute mark from the time of your appointment without notifying us, we will try our best to accommodate the reservation but it will be taken based on current availability and the reservation will be considered as a walk-in.
When you have more than 3 consecutive no shows on your profile, we will no longer be able to book your appointment without a nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit of $50 that goes towards your service. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance in order for us to save your deposit on file, otherwise the deposit will be considered a loss and is nonrefundable/transferable. If you happen to miss your appointment again or run past the 10 minute grace period without notifying the salon, the $50 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable and you will be required to deposit another $50 in order to book another appointment. You are more than welcome to walk in and be seen on a first come/first serve basis.
There is no cancellation fee for individual appointments but we do ask that you call us and let us know that you’re unable to make it to your appointment.
LATE/NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY
- To hold a reservation with a Master Technician, a $50 deposit is required during the time of booking. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate. We know that life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance by either calling or texting us in order for us to save your deposit on file. Otherwise the deposit will be considered a loss and it is nonrefundable/nontransferable. In case of an emergency and the reservation needs to be canceled/rescheduled after the 24 hour period before the reservation time, please provide proof of emergency in order for the deposit to be transferred to your next reservation. (Acceptable Proof: Doctors Note WITH your name & date. For car accidents, please provide a police report note WITH your name & date.
- If you’re running late to your appointment, please call the salon at (281) 974-2828 so we can best hold your spot and accommodate your reservation. We have a 10 minute grace period that is usually not flexible with our master technicians. It becomes very hard for our master technicians to accommodate all the requested services if the reservation was not started on time.
- If the full deposit is not fully used at the time of the appointment, it will be saved to the client’s profile to be used for future services.
